How long does evaluation take?
The evaluation process typically takes approximately 6–8 weeks from the date all required documents has been submitted. This timeframe includes the evaluation, moderation, and outcome determination processes to ensure a thorough and quality-assured assessment.

Is this SAQA-accredited?
No. These programmes are not SAQA-accredited qualifications.
However, they are internationally endorsed by IQB, providing learners with globally recognised credentials that demonstrate their knowledge and skills.
In addition, learners earn Continuing Professional Development (CPD) points upon successful completion, supporting their ongoing professional growth and development.
What assessment methods are available?

The assessment methods available are dependent on the specific programme being undertaken. Different programmes may utilise a combination of assessment approaches to effectively evaluate learner knowledge, practical skills, and overall competency in relation to the required learning outcomes. These will be done via personal consultation
Can assessments be customised?
Yes. Assessments can be customised to align with organisational requirements, workplace environments, and specific learning outcomes while maintaining compliance with relevant quality assurance standards.
Is secure proctoring available?
Yes! We can offer fully proctored sessions if needed. As standard, we deploy a range of measures to uphold academic integrity to support the authenticity and credibility of learner assessments.
Can we use our own branding?
Yes, you are welcome to provide us with your branding for inclusion where applicable. As a standard practice, materials and certificates are co-branded with IQB to ensure compliance with quality assurance and certification requirements. We are, however, open to discussing specific branding requests and will do our best to accommodate your requirements where possible
What are the fees?
The fee structure is as follows:
- R1000 for training center accreditation (R650 annual accreditation)
- R1,250 for the course evaluation process. (unless other work is required based on consultation)
- R1,500 for the course digitisation & deployment.
- R350 per delegate for assessment and certification
- Secure Proctoring and other services, as agreed

How quickly can learners be certified?
Results and certificates are issued immediately upon successful completion of all programme and assessment requirements. Once a learner has met the necessary criteria, their results become available and their certificate is generated without delay, providing prompt recognition of their achievement.
