The ICB has partnered with Varsity Vibe to give ICB students access to exclusive deals across the country.

Varsity Vibe is South Africa’s top student discount platform with major retailers such as Edgars, Mr Price, Dis-chem, Virgin Active, Samsung, Intercity Buses and much more!

Who is it for?

If you have paid your annual registration fees, will be entitled to this benefit.

  • 2025 students will have Varsity Vibe benefits until 31 December 2025
  • 2026 students will have Varsity Vibe benefits until 31 December 2026

How to pay your Annual ICB Registration Fees?

You do not need to enter for an exam yet!  Once your payment has been processed, you will receive an email from us for your confirmation of student registration. Our current Registration fee for 2025 is R500 and for 2026 it is R550

  • Classroom students – ask your Training Centre to do this on their ICB Provider Portal
  • Distance Students – Make payment on your Student Portal

How  does it work?

  1. Download the Varsity Vibe App from Google Play Store or Apple App Store
  2. Create a profile as an ICB student (with your ICB student number)
  3. You will either be automatically verified or if you have only recently made payment, you may need to upload your proof of ICB registration.
  4. Start enjoying loads of Student Discounts!

Cost?

Absolutely FREE – as  long as your ICB annual registration fee has been paid

T&C’s

  • You need to have the app downloaded on your Apple or Android device to claim the discounts
  • The basic “Freemium” VV membership is at no cost for ICB Students.  However, there is also an Optional upgrade to the Premium Membership to unlock more discounts.
  • Varsity Vibe operates independently from ICB. All memberships, upgrades, and queries are handled directly with Varsity Vibe. Any changes to their terms or benefits are at their discretion, and ICB carries no liability.
