Need to appeal your exam disqualification?

This form is NOT for Appealing your results.  Please follow the process for requesting a remark.

Applications will only be accepted within 48 hours of the initial disqualification and if these are submitted outside of the permissible timeframes or without the correct supporting information they will be automatically declined.

Your reason MUST contain facts or circumstances that are not known to the ICB. You must complete this section with full reasons for your appeal.
As you are disputing a Plagiarism irregularity for RTAP, you MUST run the Dissertation you submitted, through your own Plagiarism checker (free versions are available on the web), and attach the scoring to this appeal. The tool must check for similarities and not just AI usage. Please note that the generally accepted Academic Standard for plagiarism in Dissertations is 20-25% (excluding AI). If your score is higher than this, you will not have grounds for an appeal.

      5. That the information submitted has been done with absolute honestly with the utmost integrity.
