Information collected is required for registration with the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers and recording your details on the National Learner Records Database in order that once qualified you may be awarded the relevant qualifications offered by the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers.

  • name and job title
  • contact information including email address
  • demographic information such as postcode, socio-economic status, Identification Numbers
  • other information relevant to customer surveys and/or offers
