PMI Durban helps injured ICB student
Dear ICB
I am sending this e-mail to bring to your attention the outstanding assistance I received from Winnie and her staff at PMI Durban during the November exam session.
I am currently on crutches due to a hip problem and am therefore not able to climb stairs. I contacted Winnie in advance of the exams about my problem and she arranged that I could park near the main office and also arranged that I wrote all my exams in the ground floor exam room so I did not have to climb any stairs.
Winnie and all her staff were so helpful and did not make me feel that my request was an imposition on them at all. I really appreciated their assistance with this matter and wanted you to be aware of what a great group of people they are.
