Dear ICB My name is Abongile Twetwa. I enrolled with the ICB in 2011, doing only two subjects through Boston City College in Port Elizabeth. I only managed to complete one of the two, due to financial problems. I had to drop out of school and search for a job.… Read more »

A letter from Sizakele Sagwane

A letter from Sizakele Sagwane

My name is Sizakele Jessica Sagwane. I was born on the 23rd of September 1985 at Boschfontein Trust in Mpumalanga Province. I completed my grade 12 studies in 2003 at Mbambiso High School.

As a child raised by a single and unemployed parent, it was difficult for me to go to university. My mother qualified for a pension fund and tried very hard to get me into a tertiary education level, enabling me to study and make a living.

I am currently doing an Office Administrator course at MSC College with the help of my mother. During my studies I managed to achieve the following certificates with good results:

  • Business and Office Administration - 95%
  • Office Communication - 85%
  • Bookkeeping - 78%

All these certificates are from the ICB.

Lastly, I would like to thank the ICB for the opportunity to be part of your bursary scheme.

Thank you!

Sizakele
