Application For Accreditation as a Training Provider
Tuition providers intending to offer tuition towards any of the ICB's registered qualifications are required to apply to the ICB for accreditation as a tuition provider. Please download the application form and associated documents and complete in duplicate, retain a copy for your records, and submit the completed application forms and supporting documentation to the ICB together with proof of payment (R 4 500.00). A VAT invoice is available from the ICB upon request.
